Services
Comfort Cool provides residential and commercial air conditioning and heating services in the Naples, FL area, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, repair, and the $18/month maintenance agreement plan. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Submitting a form on our website constitutes a request for contact and does not guarantee the availability of any specific service, pricing, or appointment time. A Comfort Cool representative will contact you to confirm details.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing provided on our website is for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any service will be confirmed in writing prior to work being performed. We will never begin work without your prior approval of the quoted price.
The $18/month maintenance agreement is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time with no penalty or long-term commitment, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee or refusal of future scheduling.
In the event that Comfort Cool needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with a service we have performed, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to workmanship and does not cover issues caused by pre-existing conditions, customer misuse, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comfort Cool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
